The Jelq Penis Hand Exercises
Jelquing is an effective penis hand exercise, one of the best exercises. I must give a word of warning though. If it is done incorrectly it may inadvertently cause curvature of the penis.
Many people say this is the best of the penis hand exercises. When performing the jelq you hold the penis tightly at the base. Then very slowly move the hand up the shaft toward the head of the penis. When you do this apply pressure with your thumb along the entire penis length. When you reach the head remove your hand from the penis head and replace it back at the base of the penis. Repeat the entire stroking motion again.
It is most effective it is repeated about 20 times a day.
Penis Hand Exercises Variations
There are a number of variations for the jelq exercise to enlarge your penis. You may use just one hand for the entire penis exercise. Some men also use both hands, alternating with the left and the right.
Posture is very important when performing this exercise. Some men prefer to stand while others prefer to sit. Lying on a bed is also a common position for the jelq.
It is also possible to increase the width of the penis by doing a circular motion. Do as I have mentioned above, however, when you reach the penis head gently pull your penis and rotate it in a clockwise motion. Some moderate pressure will probably be felt. Once you have done this continue with the same jelquing method as mentioned above but next time rotate the penis in an anti-clockwise motion. For best results do ten rotations in each direction.
